SUMAR
SUMAR is a specially made NR to meet the ever demanding
requirement of the consumers of natural rubber. The latex quality NR alleviates
the malodour emitted during the processing of raw NR which is attributed
to protein degradation. The technology developed by LGM enables the protein
degradation by bacterial action to be controlled chemically.
Two grades of SUMAR can be produce:
- SUMAR G - general grade rubber
- SUMAR CV - viscosity controlled grade
Good features of SUMAR are:
- No malodour
- Low dirt content
- Good PRI values
The technology of production of the material is now
available for commercialisation by the raw rubber industry. |
