	Dr Alias Othman Director of Technology and Engineering Division Malaysian Rubber Board (MRB) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Alias bin Othman as Director of Technology and Engineering Division, with effect from 14 July 2006. Prior to this appointment, Dr Alias was Head of Rubber Products Testing Unit. Throughout his service in MRB, Dr Alias has been involved in rubber technology and products development, rubber physics and engineering, material testing and calibration of rubber testing equipment.   back
