MRB Clients' Charter

1. Every research officer to produce at least two outputs per year


2. Akademi Hevea Malaysia to organise 15 courses/training yearly to strengthen human capital for the rubber industry


3. One technology to be commercialised yearly


4. Organise 10 seminars per year to disseminate information to targeted groups


5. Complaints and enquiries received from customers through the LGM website are answered within 7 working days


6. Samples received for testing are completed within the specified period
   • UPPC: 1-14 working days
   • UPB:   3-21 working days
   • UUPT: 3-21 working days
7. Applications for new licenses are processed within 7 working days after approval/decision from Licensing Panel


8. Approve application for MRE membership within 10 working days


9. Update website as follows:
   • Achievement of Client’s Charter for every two (2) months
   • News/activities/events within five (5) working days
